The second and third floors of the Samuel Avery Room were in extremely poor condition. After structural work, all new mechanicals, plumbing and updated finishes, a dramatic private dinibg and event space was created. Featuring exposed original beams and walls, the highlight is the pully system used when the building was "Avery Store" in the early 1800's. It was discoved in the eaves of the building; we refurbished it and placed it back in the space!
